CURRENT JOB OPENINGS
Full-time Admission Clerk/Receptionist. Must be mature, reliable with good computer skills and people skills required. Medical background or previous clinic experience a plus. Hours will be Monday - Thursday, 10a - 7p and Friday, 10a - 5p.
PRN Dietary Aides to assist with cooking, food prep and cleaning. Must be willing to learn to cook, work any hours or days, some evenings, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay, High School Diploma or GED required.
DIRECTOR - CLINIC OPERATIONS
Directly responsible for the day to day operation of Arbuckle Memorial Hospital Outpatient Clinics. Insures professional and technical operation of clinics and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. Communicates and provides leadership for the Physician's, APRN's and Staff to develop as a team. Develops and manages capital and operational budgets including monthly variance analysis.
DRUG ROOM AIDE
Full-time Drug Room Aide, Monday - Friday. Previous hospital or clinical experience preferred.
HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p; ICD-10 knowledge preferred. Will be responsible for processing all Release of Information requests in compliance with organization policies, HIPAA and State regulations while maintaining the confidentiality of our patients protected health information. Organize and maintain health information both in paper files and in electronic systems. Responds to any inquiries coming from phone calls, mail, email, fax, EMR task or in person. Reports to the HIM Supervisor.
PRN Housekeeper. Fri - Sun 9a-5:30p Experience is preferred, Competitive pay, High School Diploma or GED required.
MT’s with ASCP certification and MLT’s, both with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hospital lab.
Blood bank experience preferred but not required.
7p - 7a, every 3rd Weekend
Full-time Nursing Assistant, 7a - 7p. Includes some holidays and every 3rd weekend. No experience required.
PRN Radiology Tech - ARRT Registered. Weekend shifts with rotating call.
RN - OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p (may vary depending on scheduled treatments) Will provide coordination of care including scheduling, outpatient services, education and management of endoscopy services.
Full-time. Various shifts available.
LPN - CLINIC
Good computer and people skills required. Must have current Oklahoma Nursing License and 3 years experience. Hours may vary.
RN Nurse Supervisor
Full-time Monday-Friday with on call responsibilities.
